Common use of Persons Benefiting Clause in Contracts

Persons Benefiting. This Warrant Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and its successors and assigns, and each registered Warrant Holder, and their respective successors, beneficiaries, executors and administrators. Nothing in this Warrant Agreement is intended or shall be construed to confer upon any person, other than the Company, and the Warrant Holders, any right, remedy or claim under or by reason of this Warrant Agreement or any part hereof.
