Persons Dealing with Trustee. No Person dealing with the Trustee or any of its agents shall be concerned to enquire whether an Event of Default has occurred, or whether the powers which the Trustee is purporting to exercise have become exercisable, or whether any moneys remain due under this Indenture or on the Debentures, or to see to the application of any moneys paid to the Trustee; and in the absence of fraud on the part of such Person, such dealing shall be deemed to be within the powers hereby conferred and to be valid and effective accordingly.
Persons Dealing with Trustee. No person dealing with the Trustee shall be required to see to the application of any money paid or property delivered to the Trustee, or to determine whether or not the Trustee is acting pursuant to any authority granted to it under this Trust Agreement or the Plan.

Persons Dealing with Trustee. No person who deals with the Trustee, EXCEPT the Beneficiaries and the Holder of the Power of Direction, shall be required to seek or have the privilege of seeking information about: (A) this Agreement, or (B) the expediency of any act of the Trustee.

No person dealing with the Trustee shall be obligated to ensure the proper application of any money paid or property delivered to the Trustee, nor shall any such person be required to recognize any limitations or restrictions in the provisions of the agreement, question the authority of the Trustee to receive and receipt any money becoming due and payable to the Trustee or inquire whether the Trustee has obtained the direction or approval of the Employer, the Plan Administrator, or the Authorized Person to a proposed action. Any person dealing with the Trustee may accept the certification of the Trustee as conclusive evidence of any matter or question relating to the Trust Agreement or the administration of the Trust Fund.

No person contracting or in any way dealing with the Trustee shall be under any obligation to ascertain or inquire (a) into any powers of the Trustee, (b) whether such powers have been properly exercised or (c) about the source or application of any funds received from or paid to the Trustee and such person may rely on the Trustee's exercise of any power or authority as the conclusive evidence that he possesses such power and authority. This Section shall not apply to any person who is a fiduciary with respect to the Plan.

No Person dealing with the Trustee or its agent shall be concerned to enquire whether the Security Interest has become enforceable, or whether the powers which the Trustee is purporting to exercise have become exercisable, or whether any money remains due upon the security of these presents or the Debentures, or as to the necessity or expediency of the stipulations and conditions subject to which any sale shall be made, or otherwise as to the propriety or regularity of any sale or of any other dealing by the Trustee with the Collateral, or to see to the application of any money paid to the Trustee.
Persons Dealing with Trustee. All persons dealing with the Trustee are released from inquiring into the decisions and authorities of the Trustee and from seeing to the application of any funds paid to the Trustee. The Trustee shall be protected in acting upon any instruments, certificates, or papers it believes to be genuine and shall not be liable in any event for mistakes of judgment or for the exercise of discretion when acting in good faith.
