Persons Dealing With Trustee Protected. No person dealing with the Trustee shall be required or entitled to see to the application of any money paid or property delivered to the Trustee, or determine whether or not the Trustee is acting pursuant to the authorities granted to the Trustee hereunder or to authorizations or directions herein required. The certificate of the Trustee that the Trustee is acting in accordance with the Plan shall protect any person relying thereon.
