Persons Dealing With Trustees or Officers. Any act of the Trustees or officers purporting to be done in their capacity as such shall, as to any Persons dealing with such Trustees or officers, be conclusively deemed to be within the purposes of this Trust and within the powers of the Trustees and officers. No Person dealing with the Trustees or any of them, or with the authorized officers, agents or representatives of the Trust, shall be bound to see to the application of any funds or property passing into their hands or control. The receipt of the Trustees or any of them, or of authorized officers, agents or representatives of the Trust, for money or other consideration, shall be binding upon the Trust.
