Common use of Persons Deemed Equity Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Persons Deemed Equity Certificateholders. Prior to due presentation of an Equity Certificate for registration of transfer, the Owner Trustee, the Certificate Registrar and any of their respective agents may treat the Person in whose name the Equity Certificate is registered in the Certificate Register as the owner of the Equity Certificate for all purposes whatsoever, and none of the Owner Trustee, the Certificate Registrar or any of their respective agents shall be affected by any notice of the contrary.
