Persons Deemed Holders. Prior to due presentation of a Certificate for registration of transfer, the Titling Company Registrar will regard the Person in whose name such Certificate is registered as the Holder for all purposes. The Holder of any Certificate may covenant or enter into agreements with other Persons with respect to the exercise of any or all of its rights as Holder of such Certificate and, subject to Section 5.4(e), upon receipt of notification of such arrangements by the Titling Company Registrar (with a copy to the Administrator), such Persons will be treated as Holders in accordance with and to the extent provided in such agreement.
