Persons Deemed Holders. Prior to due presentation of a Certificate for registration of transfer, the Master Servicer, the Depositor, the Trustee, the Paying Agent and the Certificate Registrar may treat the person in whose name any Certificate is registered as the owner of such Certificate for the purpose of receiving remittances pursuant to Section 8.01 and for all other purposes whatsoever, and none of the Master Servicer, the Depositor, the Trustee, the Certificate Registrar, the Paying Agent or any agent of the Master Servicer, the Depositor, the Trustee, the Paying Agent or the Certificate Registrar shall be affected by notice to the contrary.
