Persons Deemed Securityholders. The Trustees, the Paying Agent, the Securities Registrar and Depositor shall treat any Persons in whose name any Trust Securities are issued as the owner of such Trust Securities for the purpose of receiving Distributions and for all other purposes whatsoever, and neither the Trust, the Property Trustee, the Administrative Trustees, the Securities Registrar nor the Depositor shall be bound by any notice to the contrary.
