Persons Deemed Transferors. Prior to due assignment of the Ownership Interest for registration of transfer, the Depositor, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and the Registrar may treat the Person in whose name the Ownership Interest shall be registered in the Register as the owner thereof for the purpose of receiving distributions pursuant to Section 5.2 hereof and for all other purposes whatsoever, and none of the Depositor, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee or the Registrar shall be bound by any notice to the contrary.
