Persons Entitled Sample Clauses

The 'Persons Entitled' clause defines which individuals or entities have the legal right to receive benefits, payments, or rights under the agreement. In practice, this clause specifies the criteria or status required to be considered an entitled person, such as being a named beneficiary, a legal heir, or a party to the contract.
