Persons entitled to attend and vote. 9.1 Any persons duly authorised by the Company (including, without limitation, their respective legal and financial advisers) shall be entitled to attend and speak at any meeting of the Noteholders. No person shall otherwise be entitled to attend or vote at any meeting of the Noteholders unless he is registered as a Noteholder or is a representative of a corporation which is a Noteholder or a proxy of a person who is a Noteholder.
