Common use of Persons Entitled to Attend Clause in Contracts

Persons Entitled to Attend. The Corporation and the Agent may and the Special Warrant Agent shall, each by its authorized representatives including directors, officers, employees, and agents, attend every Meeting and Adjourned Meeting but neither the Corporation, the Agent nor the Special Warrant Agent have the right to vote unless they are acting in their capacity as a Special Warrantholder or a proxy for a Special Warrantholder. The legal advisors of the Corporation, the Agent, the Special Warrant Agent, and any Special Warrantholders, respectively, may also attend a Meeting or Adjourned Meeting but do not have the right to vote, unless they have the right to vote as a Special Warrantholder or as a proxy for a Special Warrantholder.
