Persons using the. Parking Area shall observe all directional signs and arrows and any posted speed limits. Unless otherwise posted, in no event shall the speed limit of 5 miles per hour be exceeded. All vehicles shall be parked entirely within painted stalls, and no vehicles shall be parked in areas which are posted or marked as "no parking" or on or in ramps, driveways and aisles. Only one vehicle may be parked in a parking space. In no event shall Tenant interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Parking Area by other tenants of the Building or their employees or invitees.
