Program Interactions with Other HFA Programs Other HFA program benefits may be available to the homeowner provided the HHF program maximum benefit cap of $100,000 has not been exceeded, and program funds are available. The homeowner is required to apply separately for each HFA program.

File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied.
Access to Persons and Records The State Auditor shall have access to persons and records as a result of all contracts or grants entered into by State agencies or political subdivisions in accordance with General Statute 147-64.7. Additionally, as the State funding authority, the Department of Health and Human Services shall have access to persons and records as a result of all contracts or grants entered into by State agencies or political subdivisions.
Shoes All uniformed staff shall be provided with 2 pairs of shoes annually, replaceable on a normal wear and tear basis.
Persons Bound This Subscription Agreement shall, except as otherwise provided herein, inure to the benefit of and be binding on the Company and its successors and assigns and on each Subscriber and his respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
Treatment of books and equipment 31. In calculating a refund under sections 25 to 29, a private career college may retain the retail cost of books or equipment that the private career college supplied to the student if the student, (a) fails to return the books or equipment to the private career college within 10 days of the student’s withdrawal or expulsion from the program, or
RESERVATIONS TO MANAGEMENT 3.01 The union recognizes the right of the company to hire, promote, demote, transfer, discipline, suspend or discharge any employee subject to such regulations and restrictions governing the exercise of these rights as are expressly provided in this agreement and subject to the right of the employee concerned to lodge a grievance in the manner and to the extent herein provided. Any change in rules and regulations to be observed by employees shall be negotiated by the parties.
Files Subject to Florida's Public Records Law Any file, report, record, document, paper, letter, or other material received, generated, maintained or sent by Grantee to Florida Housing or its agent(s) in connection with this agreement is subject to the provisions of Section 119.01- .15, Fla. Stat., as may be amended from time to time (Florida's Public Records Law). Grantee represents and acknowledges that it has read and understands Florida's Public Records Law and agrees to comply with Florida's Public Records Law. The City of Milwaukee, by its Milwaukee Board of School Directors, shall pay the Contractor for the full and complete performance of the work, the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($365,500.00) as provided in the General Conditions of the Contract.
