Perspectives, Sketches and Renderings. Perspectives, sketches, and renderings, (and other appropriate illustrative materials acceptable to the Agency) as necessary to indicate the architectural character of the project and its relationship to the pedestrian level shall be submitted. Mid-rise and high-rise submittals must include multiple illustrations of the proposed building in relation to built and planned neighboring buildings.
