Peso Loans. Conversions of Outstanding Obligations hereunder shall be made by reference to the Dollar amount thereof. In the case of any Outstanding Obligations denominated in Pesos, the Dollar amount thereof shall be determined by reference to the Conversion Rate as of the relevant Applicable Conversion Date.
