Pet Ownership. (a) Prior written approval is required to bring any common household pets or assistance animals on the premises in accordance with Section XII of the ACOP and this Lease section. Failure to comply with the requirements of Section XII of the ACOP or this Lease section may be cause for termination of tenancy.
