Petroleum Lease. (a) The application for the Lease along with application fee, in respect of the approved Development Area in respect of Offshore Blocks shall be submitted to the Government within thirty (30) days from the approval of Development Area pursuant to Article 10. (b) The application for the Lease along with application fee, in respect of the approved Development Area located in onshore area shall be submitted to the relevant State Government within thirty (30) days from the approval of Development Area pursuant to Article 10.
