Common use of Pfandbrief Appraisal Clause in Contracts

Pfandbrief Appraisal. In connection with any assignment, pledge or transfer of a Lender’s interest in the Loan to a Pfandbrief, such Lender, at its own expense, may order an Appraisal, and Administrative Agent will reasonably cooperate, at such Lender’s expense, in coordinating the same with Borrower to the extent necessary to obtain such Appraisal.
