PFPC Shareholder Services Technical Support. During the term of this Agreement, PFPC shall provide technical support to the shareholder servicing needs of the GE Fund Products, including the following services, and other services as mutually agreed upon: (i) providing all required information to the operations team of the GE Fund Products regarding PFPC’s broker-dealer and related compliance capabilities; and (ii) assisting in the development of the redesign of the shareholder statements of the GE Fund Products, account applications and other shareholder communications.
