Common use of P&G Equipment Clause in Contracts

P&G Equipment. The P&G Parties or their Affiliates have, and at the Closing the Clorox Parties will receive, good and marketable title to the P&G Equipment, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens. The P&G Equipment is in good condition and, to the extent installed, has been reasonably maintained consistent with standards generally followed in the industry, and is suitable for use as it is currently used and as currently expected to be used in connection with the Glad Global Business after the Closing.
