Common use of Phantom Unit Account Clause in Contracts

Phantom Unit Account. The Company shall establish and maintain a Phantom Unit account, as a bookkeeping account on its records (the “Phantom Unit Account”), for the Participant and shall record in such Phantom Unit Account the number of Phantom Units granted to the Participant pursuant to this Agreement. The Participant shall not have any interest in any fund or specific assets of the Employer by reason of this grant or the Phantom Unit Account established for the Participant.

Phantom Unit Account. The Company shall establish and maintain a Phantom Unit account, as a bookkeeping account on its records (the “Phantom Unit Account”), for the Participant and shall record in such Phantom Unit Account the number of Phantom Deferral Units and Matching Units granted to the Participant pursuant to this Agreement. The Participant shall not have any interest in any fund or specific assets of the Employer by reason of this grant or the Phantom Unit Account established for the Participant.

Phantom Unit Account. The Company Partnership shall establish and maintain a Restricted Phantom Unit account, as a bookkeeping account on its records records, (the “"Phantom Restricted Unit Account”), ") for the Participant and shall record in such Phantom Restricted Unit Account the number of Phantom Restricted Units granted to the Participant pursuant to this Agreement. The Participant shall not have any interest in any fund or specific assets of the Employer Partnership by reason of this grant or the Phantom Restricted Unit Account established for the Participant.

The Participant You shall not have any interest in any fund or specific assets of the Employer Company or the Partnership by reason of this grant Award or the Phantom Unit Account established for the Participantyou.
