Common use of Phantom Unit Award Clause in Contracts

Phantom Unit Award. The Company hereby grants to the Executive (the “Award”), effective as of June 18, 2010 (the “Date of Grant”), in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan, the right to receive 12,500 phantom units (the “Phantom Units”). The Award is specifically made subject to execution by the Executive of this Agreement.

Phantom Unit Award. The Company hereby grants to the Executive this award (the “Award”), effective as of June 18August 1, 2010 2012 (the “Date of Grant”), in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan, which award provides the right to receive 12,500 200,000 “phantom units units,” as such term is defined in the Plan (the “Phantom Units”). The Award is specifically made subject to execution by the Executive of this Agreement.

Phantom Unit Award. The Company hereby grants to the Executive this award (the “Award”), effective as of June 18August 1, 2010 2012 (the “Date of Grant”), in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan, which award provides the right to receive 12,500 65,000 “phantom units units,” as such term is defined in the Plan (the “Phantom Units”). The Award is specifically made subject to execution by the Executive of this Agreement.

Phantom Unit Award. The Company hereby grants to the Executive Participant (the “Award”), effective as of June 18May 13, 2010 2013 (the “Date of Grant”), in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan, the right to receive 12,500 ______ phantom units (the “Phantom Units”). The Award is specifically made subject to execution by the Executive Participant of this Agreement.

Phantom Unit Award. The Company hereby grants to the Executive this award (the “Award”), effective as of June 18August 1, 2010 2012 (the “Date of Grant”), in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan, which award provides the right to receive 12,500 125,000 “phantom units units,” as such term is defined in the Plan (the “Phantom Units”). The Award is specifically made subject to execution by the Executive of this Agreement.
