Phase 1 Expansion Commencement Date Clause Samples

The 'Phase 1 Expansion Commencement Date' clause defines the specific date on which the first phase of an expansion project is officially set to begin. This clause typically outlines the criteria or conditions that must be met before the commencement date is triggered, such as obtaining necessary permits or completing preliminary work. By clearly establishing when Phase 1 starts, the clause provides certainty for scheduling, resource allocation, and contractual obligations, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over project timelines.
