Phase 1 Trial Supply Clause Samples

Phase 1 Trial Supply. XOMA shall be responsible for supply (subject to Section 5.1) of all requirements of Collaboration Product necessary to support a Phase 1 Trial for such Collaboration Product and shall use Commercially Reasonable and Diligent Efforts to supply such Collaboration Product consistent with the applicable Plan(s) agreed between the Parties hereto.
