Phase III Metabolic Study Sample Clauses

Phase III Metabolic Study. No later than thirty (30) days following the Initiation by Licensor of the first Phase III Clinical Study for a Collaboration Compound for the Metabolic Indication, Licensee shall pay Licensor a milestone payment equal to One Hundred Million Dollars ($100,000,000). Such payment shall be noncreditable against any other payments due hereunder.
