Common use of PHASE LAND Clause in Contracts

PHASE LAND. The allottees of the units in any phase will be entitled to have right of ingress to and egress from and through all the common passages and pathways running through all the phases in the Complex and shall be entitled to the use of common entrance and also the facilities and amenities irrespective of their location for the beneficial use of the owners of the Units and other spaces located in all the phases in the Complex.
