PHI Amendment. The Contractor shall, within ten (10) working days of a request from the County and DSHS, provide the County and DSHS with information regarding amendment of PHI maintained by Contractor. The Contractor will, as directed by DSHS or the County, thereafter incorporate any amendments to the PHI maintained by Xxxxxxxxxx. 00 XXX § 164.526.
