Phone and Fax Numbers. All telephone and facsimile numbers of Seller relating solely to the Business, as set forth on Schedule 1.1(e);
Phone and Fax Numbers. Sellers shall use commercially reasonable efforts to transfer to Purchaser the phone and fax numbers identified on Schedule 3.11(b) attached hereto. Purchaser hereby assumes and agrees to pay, perform and discharge, as and when due, those Liabilities of each Seller relative to the above-mentioned phone and fax numbers accruing after the Effective Date.
