Phone Contact by Manager/Designee During Non-Contract Hours. Employees contacted by phone from a manager/designee and asked to engage in a professional consultation specifically regarding the employees work site/assignment/duties, and does not require the employee to be called into work, will be compensated in fifteen (15) minute increments. This does not apply to general or work assignment notifications.
