Photograph of the Mortgaged Property. a. Payment records and current and historical computerized data files; and b. tax receipts, insurance premium receipts, ledger sheets, correspondence, insurance claim files and correspondence, and all other papers and records developed or originated by Owner or others, required to document the Mortgage Loan or to service the Mortgage Loan; provided, however, that these items may be provided no later than 15 days after the service transfer date.
