Common use of Photographs Clause in Contracts

Photographs. The Sponsor will provide the Department, upon request, with copies of any photographs that may be taken of the Development by or on behalf of the Sponsor or the Development’s architect. The Sponsor will provide an acceptable written consent and release agreement authorizing use of said photographs, all at no expense to the Department.
