Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, when used in this Agreement, the other Loan Documents, and the Environmental Indemnity Agreement, the phrase “including” shall mean “including, but not limited to,” the phrase “satisfactory to Lender” shall mean “in form and substance satisfactory to Lender in all respects,” the phrase “with Lender’s consent” or “with Lender’s approval” shall mean such consent or approval at Lender’s sole discretion, and the phrase “acceptable to Lender” shall mean “acceptable to Lender at Lender’s sole discretion.”
