When used in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, the phrase “including” means “including, but not limited to,” the phrases “satisfactory to any Lender” or “satisfactory to the Administrative Agent” means in form and substance satisfactory to such Lender or the Administrative Agent, as the case may be, in all respects, the phrases “with Lender’s consent”, “with Lender’s approval”, “with the Administrative Agent’s consent” or “with the Administrative Agent’s approval” means such consent or approval at Lender’s or the Administrative Agent’s, as the case may be, discretion, and the phrases “acceptable to Lender” or “acceptable to the Administrative Agent” means acceptable to Lender or the Administrative Agent, as the case may be, at such party’s reasonable discretion acting in good faith.
