Physical Conditions. Those drawings of physical conditions in or relating to existing surface or subsurface structures at or contiguous to the Site that have been made available for informational purposes.
Physical Conditions. 1. The preservation of safe, wholesome, and pleasant surroundings is of paramount concern both to the Board and the Association. To achieve this goal, the Board shall in each building, in all cases possible, enforce the following:
a. correct any hazardous condition brought to the immediate supervisor’s attention;
b. establish a prompt process for room repairs;
c. close classroom and/or school buildings due to an improper heating system if the temperature falls below sixty (60) degrees or rises over eighty-five (85) degrees Fahrenheit;
d. provide and maintain safe and adequate parking facilities for the building staff;
e. provide alternate source of water sufficient to meet county health district requirements if water is off for an extended period of time.
2. Each classroom shall be provided with, but is not limited to, in all cases possible, the following:
a. student stations to accommodate the enrollment;
b. tack board, chalkboard, and/or white board
c. safe storage space for instructional materials, equipment, and supplies;
d. electrical outlets and other accommodations for convenient use of audio-visual equipment;
e. proper ventilation;
f. artificial and natural light control;
g. space for reference materials;
h. proper lighting for the visual task to be accomplished;
i. locks and keys for all classroom doors; and
j. computers, internet access, printer access (may be networked to other locations within the building)
k. instructional materials, including printer supplies, will be provided through the building’s instructional supplies account.
3. Classroom interruptions by public address systems shall be permitted only in emergency cases. Regular announcements shall be made only at the beginning and at the close of the school day. Other classroom interruptions, for administrative or other purposes, shall be held to a minimum.
4. The Board shall provide, in each building, in all cases possible, the following:
a. Bargaining unit members' rest areas, conference rooms, and lavatories, appropriately furnished, ventilated and maintained, conveniently available for the professional staff. Those facilities shall not be used for regularly scheduled meetings unless an emergency occurs.

Physical Conditions. The University shall provide the faculty, to the extent feasible and reasonable under the circumstances, with appropriate space and facilities such as office, laboratory, and classroom space for effective and safe teaching, research, advising, and other activities necessary to their academic discipline and performance of duties, including reasonable access to such space during periods when the buildings may be closed. Departments shall arrange for the availability of private office space for faculty to utilize for the purpose of holding confidential meetings with their students. Faculty members may schedule usage of this designated student meeting space in advance or on an ad hoc basis.
Physical Conditions. The Customer shall be fully responsible for, and shall indemnify the Company from and against any liability including any loss, costs or expenses, due to or arising from the physical ground conditions and in particular from any damage to block paving, trees, xxxxxx, unsuitable or inadequate ground surface and/or sub-surface conditions, where the skip and/or rollonoff contained is to be situated.

Physical Conditions. 1. No more than four (4) full-time faculty members on the Xxxxxxxx, Western or Eastern Campus shall be assigned to one phone extension number.
2. The temperature guidelines for County office buildings shall apply in buildings on all campuses.
3. The Administration shall ensure safe working conditions as set forth in Local Law No. 7-1980, "A Local Law Establishing Standards for the Regulation of Health and Safety Conditions for the County Employees" adopted and amended by the Suffolk County Legislature.
4. Shared desk space and mail boxes shall be provided to each adjunct faculty member.
5. The College shall accommodate any reasonable adjunct faculty request for secure desk space and file drawers within the departmental area, where feasible.

C. When a bargaining unit member submits a report about issues related to their physical working conditions, they will receive an acknowledgement that the report has been received and a proposed schedule for assessing the issue from the administrative unit(s) that maintains the space within 5 business days. Issues that affect the health and safety of bargaining unit members shall be addressed within 10 business days. Individuals shall not bear the cost of building repairs or replacing materials damaged because of facility failures.
1. Any bargaining unit member can report facility issues. Routine service requests must be submitted directly through FMWeb (xxxxx://xx.xxx.xxx/request-service/). Facilities Management will send a notification usually within 24 hours acknowledging receipt. Service requests can be tracked through FMweb by the end user. Routine service requests will be addressed within 10 business days.
2. Urgent service requests (flooding, equipment failure, chemical spills, leaks, hot/cold calls, utility interruption, etc.) can be addressed by calling (000) 000-0000 at any time. Urgent service requests will generate a response within 48 hours.
3. Bargaining Unit members may report safety issues related to biological safety, laboratory safety, radiation safety, occupational safety, laser safety, food safety, and fire safety to the Environmental, Health, and Safety Office (EHSO) via their website: xxxxx://xxxx.xxx.xxx/contact-ehso/. Reporting units shall receive timely acknowledgement that a report on safety hazards has been received. Within 24 hours, the University will communicate a proposed schedule for evaluating and remedying the problem and will make a reasonable effort to provide accommodating alternatives until the problem is solved.

Artist shall be responsible and obligated to inform the Sponsor, through the Sponsor’s designated agent present at the activity site, of any physical defects or dangerous conditions pertaining to the facilities of East Stroudsburg University at the activity site, of which Artist, its agents and employees, have actual knowledge.
