ENGINEER’s Review. After receipt of written notice as required by paragraph 4.03.A, ENGINEER will promptly review the pertinent condition, determine the necessity of OWNER's obtaining additional exploration or tests with respect thereto, and advise OWNER in writing (with a copy to CONTRACTOR) of ENGINEER’s findings and conclusions.
ENGINEER’s Review. 1. ENGINEER will timely review and approve Shop Drawings and Samples in accordance with the schedule of Shop Drawings and Sample submittals acceptable to ENGINEER. ENGINEER’s review and approval will be only to determine if the items covered by the submittals will, after installation or incorporation in the Work, con- form to the information given in the Contract Docu- ments and be compatible with the design concept of the completed Project as a functioning whole as indicated by the Contract Documents.
2. ENGINEER’s review and approval will not extend to means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures of construction (except where a particular means, method, technique, sequence, or procedure of construction is specifically and expressly called for by the Contract Documents) or to safety precautions or programs incident thereto. The review and approval of a separate item as such will not indicate approval of the assembly in which the item functions.
3. ENGINEER’s review and approval of Shop Drawings or Samples shall not relieve CON- TRACTOR from responsibility for any variation from the requirements of the Contract Documents unless CONTRACTOR has in writing called ENGINEER’s attention to each such variation at the time of each submittal as required by paragraph
ENGINEER’s Review. After receipt of written notice as required by the preceding paragraph, Engineer will promptly review the subsurface or physical condition in question; determine whether it is necessary for Owner to obtain additional exploration or tests with respect to the condition; conclude whether the condition falls within any one or more of the differing site condition categories in Paragraph 5.04.A; obtain any pertinent cost or schedule information from Contractor; prepare recommendations to Owner regarding the Contractor’s resumption of Work in connection with the subsurface or physical condition in question and the need for any change in the Drawings or Specifications; and advise Owner in writing of Engineer’s findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
ENGINEER’s Review. Engineer will:
1. promptly review the Underground Facility and conclude whether such Underground Facility was not shown or indicated on the Drawings, or was not shown or indicated with reasonable accuracy; DRAFT
2. identify and communicate with the owner of the Underground Facility; prepare recommendations to Owner (and if necessary issue any preliminary instructions to Contractor) regarding the Contractor’s resumption of Work in connection with the Underground Facility in question;

ENGINEER’s Review. 1. Except as otherwise indicated, the ENGINEER will return prints of each submittal to the CONTRACTOR with comments noted thereon, within 30 Days following receipt by the ENGINEER.
2. It is considered reasonable that the CONTRACTOR shall make a complete and acceptable submittal to the ENGINEER by the first resubmittal on an item.
3. The OWNER reserves the right to withhold monies due to the CONTRACTOR to cover additional costs of the ENGINEER's review beyond the first resubmittal.
4. The ENGINEER'S maximum review period for each submittal or resubmittal will be 30 Days; thus, for a submittal that requires 2 resubmittals before it is complete, the maximum review period could be 90 Days.
ENGINEER’s Review. Engineer must review all Applications for Payment with care to avoid recommending any payments not yet earned by Contractor.
