Physical Groundwater Study. Determine the range of groundwater conditions with respect to water table elevation and groundwater geochemistry across OU-1. Identify the likely range of variation of hydraulic head in the river and its effect on the water table within OU-1. This will require identifying the range of water levels due to manipulation of water levels at Sawmill and Riverside Dams. Assess the effects of flow variation on the integrity of the foundation/retaining wall. This portion of the study will result in a technical memorandum describing the findings with suggestions of how the data will be used in constructing the Contaminant Migration Interim Report.
