PHYSICAL POSSESSION OF THE CERTIFICATES. The certificates representing the hypothecated securities may be kept in the possession of the Trustee or in the possession of its agent. The Grantor hereby irrevocably appoints any officer or employee of the Trustee as its attorney with full power of substitution and authority to execute such documents necessary to render effective the rights granted to the Trustee pursuant to this Section 9.
