Physical Security Standards for Sensitive Items. The Contractor shall provide property storage and accountability of sensitive conventional Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives (AA&E). These standards are set forth in the Department of Defense (DoD) 5100.76-M entitled “Physical Security of Sensitive Conventional Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives”. The Contractor facility storing or handling AA&E shall pass a pre-award Physical Security Inspection of the facility or provide evidence it meets the requirements.
