Physician Incentive Plan Regulations. Contractor shall comply with the provisions of 42 C.F.R. 422.208 and 422.210. If, to conform to these regulations, Contractor performs Enrollee satisfaction surveys, such surveys may be combined with those otherwise required by the Department pursuant to Section 5.27 of this Contract.
