Physician Incentive Plan Reporting. The Contractor shall submit to SDOH annual reports containing the information on all of its Physician Incentive Plan arrangements in accordance with 42 CFR Section 434.70 or, if no such arrangements are in place, attest to that. The contents and time frame of such reports shall comply with the requirements of 42 CFR Section 417.479 and be in a format provided by SDOH.   • Long-Term Incentive Programs The Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive compensation programs (including stock options and stock grants).

  • Long-Term Incentive Program During the Term, the Employee shall participate in all long-term incentive plans and programs of the Group that are applicable to its senior executives in accordance with their terms and in a manner consistent with his position with the Company.
