Physician Selection and Termination. After consultation with Group, the Company may make additional selections or terminate any Group Physician from participation in Company's provider network within the initial term or thereafter, upon ninety (90) days written notice or, in the case of termination of this Agreement, at such earlier time as may be permitted under Section 2 hereof.
