It typically outlines who may use these areas, permissible activities, hours of operation, and any restrictions such as prohibitions on open flames or alcohol. By establishing clear guidelines, this clause helps ensure the safe, orderly, and equitable use of picnic areas, preventing misuse and potential conflicts among users.
