Picture Master Sample Clauses

The "Picture Master" clause designates which party holds the primary rights and control over the final version of a film or television project's visual content. Typically, this clause specifies who is responsible for approving the completed picture, including any edits, visual effects, or final cuts, and may outline the process for making changes or delivering the master file. Its core function is to ensure clarity and authority over the definitive version of the project, preventing disputes about creative control and distribution of the finished product.
