Piecework statement. Piecework statements must contain the agreed piecework payment, piece rates, time spent and advance payments and indicate distribution per employee. The piecework statement shall be signed and contain the date of submission by the employee who participated in the piecework. Signature and submission may, however, be delegated to another person by proxy. Piecework statements must be received by the employer no later than 15 working days after the piecework has been completed.
