PIIA Agreement. As a condition of entering into this Agreement, Executive agrees to execute and deliver, on or before the Effective Date, the PIIA Agreement, which is attached hereto as Appendix C. For purposes of this Agreement, the obligations in this Section 9 and those that arise in the PIIA Agreement and any other agreement relating to confidentiality, assignment of inventions, or other restrictive covenants that may later be agreed to by Executive shall collectively be referred to as the “Continuing Obligations.”
PIIA Agreement. As a condition of your employment, you are required to enter into a Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement, which is enclosed with this Agreement (the “PIIA Agreement”), which must be signed prior to the Effective Date. For purposes of this Agreement, the obligations in this Section 12 and those that arise in the PIIA Agreement and any other agreement relating to confidentiality, assignment of inventions, or other restrictive covenants shall collectively be referred to as the “Continuing Obligations.”
PIIA Agreement. Executive hereby acknowledges that Executive has previously entered into an agreement with the Company containing confidentiality and other protective covenants (the “PIIA Agreement”) and that Executive remains bound by the terms and conditions of the PIIA Agreement.
