Pilot Certificate Clause Samples
The Pilot Certificate clause establishes the requirement that any individual operating an aircraft must possess a valid and appropriate pilot's license or certificate. In practice, this means that only those who have been officially certified by the relevant aviation authority are permitted to act as pilots under the agreement, and proof of such certification may need to be provided upon request. This clause ensures that all flight operations are conducted by qualified personnel, thereby reducing liability and promoting safety.
