Pilot Facility Activities. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, during the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending upon approval of the SOW in writing by both Parties pursuant to Section 3.2, LB shall have the right to (a) perform growing activity of genetically-engineered tobacco plants for biomass production in up to [***]; and (b) purify up to [***] per year of CollPlant’s Collagen for use in the development and manufacture of the Product.
