Pipeline. 1. A Pipeline which commences within the Special Regime Area and lands in the territory of Australia shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Australia. A Pipeline which commences within the Special Regime Area and lands in the territory of Timor-Leste shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Timor-Leste. The Party exercising exclusive jurisdiction has both rights and responsibilities in relation to the Pipeline.
