PIT Settlement Payments. (i) Beginning with calendar year 2001 and continuing through July 7, 2041 (the “Amended Term”), APS will pay to ONTC the following amount as a PIT Settlement Payment for the APS-owned Facilities, subject to adjustment as provided in subsection a(ii) of this Section 1: Calendar Year PIT Settlement Payment 2001 $2,993,515.00 2002 – 2003 $5,987,030.00 per year 2004 – 2040 $6,342,600 per year 2041 $3,171,300.00
